ASW Distillery’s Fiddler Toasted Rye Whiskey is a cask-strength rye whiskey aged for seven years and bottled at 115.8 proof. Column-distilled in Indiana, it features a mash bill that varies by batch, though the specific mash bill for this bottle was not listed. The whiskey is aged in new, 53-gallon American white oak barrels with char levels ranging from 1 to 4, as well as toasted barrels with light, medium, and heavy toast levels. It is non-chill filtered, with no added color, and is priced at $75 USD.

Finish
Espresso, lemon citrus, walnuts, molasses, orange marmalade, and rye spice.
