In closing

ASW Distillery’s Fiddler Toasted Rye Whiskey delivers a truly exceptional tasting experience. The “wet” nose is rich and inviting, with notes of citrus, chocolate, caramel, and rye spice, reminiscent of Rolo candy. On the palate, the whiskey evolves beautifully, showcasing a complex interplay of sweet and bitter flavors like pecan pie filling, roasted walnuts, molasses, and dried cherry. The finish lingers with espresso, citrus, and marmalade, tying together the layers of flavor seamlessly. This whiskey stands out as a masterfully crafted expression, offering depth and balance that will appeal to those who appreciate complexity and bold character in their rye.
