2a. Whiskey Genius AI Tool — Data Collection and Processing

- Inputs Collected. Any text you submit to Whiskey Genius (your questions, preferences, or messages) is collected and transmitted to Anthropic, PBC, a third-party AI provider, for the purpose of generating a response.
- Third-Party Processing. Your inputs are processed by Anthropic's API. Whiskey Consensus does not control how Anthropic handles that data once transmitted. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- No Retention of AI Conversations. Whiskey Consensus does not store or log your Whiskey Genius conversation history on our servers. However, Anthropic may retain submitted inputs in accordance with their own data practices.
- Do Not Submit Sensitive Information. Do not submit personal information such as your full name, address, financial details, or health information through Whiskey Genius.
