The “wet” nose is rich and inviting, with notes of citrus, chocolate, caramel, and rye spice, reminiscent of Rolo candy. On the palate, the whiskey evolves beautifully, showcasing a complex interplay of sweet and bitter flavors like pecan pie filling, roasted walnuts, molasses, and dried cherry.
