Color

Nose

Orange/lemon citrus, vanilla cool whip, mint, and baking spice.

Lemon Jolly Ranchers, burnt caramel, orange citrus, burnt caramel, brown sugar, and rye spice.

Lemon sweet tea, orange, vanilla cream, raisins, rye spice, and continued burnt caramel.

In closing

A very pleasant rye whiskey that expertly blends the high rye and low rye mash bills. For me, the rye spice was present throughout but not in an over powering way. Pursuit United Rye is a citrus-forward whiskey with great flavors of burnt caramel and sweet candy. This is a whiskey that both a seasoned and novice rye drinkers would appreciate.
