Nose

Caramel. peaces, orange infused chocolate, nutmeg, apricot, and golden raisins.

Palate

Canned peaches, mango, cocoa, brown sugar, crème brulée, apricot, Snapple Peach Tea, and corn syrup.

Finish

In closing

Dry Fly really surprised me with this 100% Straight Wheat Whiskey. At just shy of a Hazmat (139.1 proof), the alcohol is very well integrated. Seriously though, it’s dangerously drinkable! This whiskey is bright and fruity with a delicious hint of cocoa. The flavors of stone fruit notes are well pronounced, along with that sweet tea note.
