Released in early December, this expression features a unique blend of bourbons aged 5 to 15 years, sourced from eight different states. With a derived mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye, 4% malted barley, and 1% wheat, Barrell New Year Bourbon 2025 embodies the artistry and innovation that define Barrell Craft Spirits’ award-winning approach to cask-strength whiskey blending.
