Penelope Rio

A little background

Established in 2018, Penelope Bourbon has quickly become one of the fastest-growing whiskey brands in the nation. Named after the daughter of its founder, Michael Paladini, Penelope offers a distinctive range of straight bourbon and rye whiskey expressions, each uniquely blended and finished. Known for its exceptional smoothness and rich flavor, Penelope Bourbon is ideal for enjoying neat or in a cocktail.

Inspired by the joy of Brazil, Penelope Rio is double cask finished in American honey and Amburana, a Brazilian hardwood. Bottled at 98 proof, Rio’s blended four-grain mash bill consists of 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye and 3% malted barley. Penelope Rio has a suggested retail price of $90 USD.
