Old Henry is a unique 1:1 blend of Old Grand-Dad 114 and Henry McKenna 10 year Single Barrel. The sweet and spice of these two play very well together and can be made for around $45!

Prep time: 10 minutes  ·  Cook time: varies  ·  Serves: 1 2 oz. pour(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Old Grand-Dad 114
  • 1 ounce Henry McKenna 10 year Single Barrel

Instructions

  1. For a ready to drink single serving blend, pour 1 ounce of each Old Grand-Dad 114 and Henry McKenna 10 year Single Barrel into a glass. Give it a swirl and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes. Then, enjoy!
  2. If you’re a patient man (or woman), we suggest blending one part Old Grand-Dad 114 and one part Henry McKenna 10 year Single Barrel into a empty glass container (to fill an empty 750ml bottle, you’d use approximately 12 ounces of each ingredient).  Allow the two whiskies to mingle for at least 24 hours, if not a full week. Then, enjoy!
