Chattanooga, TN (June 2024) Chattanooga Whiskey today announced the newest release in their  award-winning Experimental Single Batch Series: Batch 038: Peach Infused Gin Liqueur. This batch – the  company’s third-ever experimental gin – explores the under-appreciated, thirst-quenching “gin liqueur” style,  which, after barrel finishing, was infused with a heavy hand of aromatic dried peaches and lightly sweetened  with cane sugar.

“Every one of our Experimental Single Batches are designed to be noticeably different from one another,  and this release is no exception. While our two previous barrel aged gins (Batch 013 and Batch 026) showcased  differences in their contrasting botanical bills, this gin sought to explore a completely different sister-style: gin  liqueur.” – Grant McCracken, Founding Distiller

Made from a base of Chattanooga Whiskey’s signature Tennessee High Malt mash bill, Batch 038: Peach Infused  Gin Liqueur was distilled with 10 botanicals – including juniper, angelica, orris, and coriander – before spending  over 6 months in single-use Tennessee High Malt toasted and charred barrels. After this extended resting time,  the gin was infused with over 160 pounds of dried peaches and cane sugar.

“One of the main reasons we believe our liqueurs are so popular is that each one utilizes 100% real whiskey  and real ingredients. This approach allows our distillers to have nearly complete control over the liqueur’s flavor  profile – by adjusting and balancing each ingredient’s infusion time, order, and length. As a result, this gin liqueur  showcases a balanced impact from each and every botanical, the barrel finishing process, and the final peach  infusion.” – Grant McCracken, Founding Distiller.

Batch 038: Peach Infused Gin Liqueur will be available at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery at  $44.99 for a 750ml bottle, and available online for shipping to select states on Seelbachs.com. Bottled at 84 proof,  expect notes of peaches & cream, shortbread, juniper, and a hint of cardamom.
