Blue Note Honey Rye Cask

A little background

Blue Note Honey Rye Cask is crafted with a unique aging process that infuses the spirit with a delicate honeyed warmth. After aging in American oak barrels, these barrels are repurposed to age a locally sourced wildflower honey, then used once more to age the bourbon. This final round in honey-infused casks imparts a balanced flavor profile, combining Blue Note’s bold and spicy character with the subtle sweetness of wildflower honey. Each sip brings a layered taste

Blue Note Honey Rye Cask is a straight rye whiskey, aged for a minimum of three years, with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Unfiltered and bottled at a bold 117.2 proof, this unique spirit is proudly crafted in Memphis, TN, and carries a retail price of $65.
