For us here at Whiskey Consensus, September is one of the most exciting months for bourbon. Why? Well, on August 2, 2007, the US Senate declared September 2007 as “National Bourbon Heritage Month. National Bourbon Heritage Month is an observance in the United States that calls for a celebration of bourbon as America’s “Native Spirit”.
 
To celebrate, Whiskey Consensus will be publishing a new bourbon review each and every day of September! Yes, 30-reviews in 30-days! Here is what we’ve reviewed so far:
