Nose: Cherry, cognac, dark caramel, cedar, maple syrup, vanilla, black licorice, oak, and rye spice.
Palate: Sweet cherry, red licorice, cinnamon, caramel, hazelnut, and molasses.
Finish: Cherry, strawberry, caramel, black pepper, dark cocoa, red licorice, and lingering spice.
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select Barrel Proof WC15 (October 2024)
Nose: Cinnamon, dark raisins, cherry, brown sugar, caramel, mocha, pecans, and Dr. Pepper.
Palate: Pancake syrup, cherry, chocolate, brown sugar, campfire smoke, pralines, salted, and caramel.
Finish: Pecans, syrup, salted caramel, mocha, brown sugar, fresh leather, and a hint of lemon tea.
Starlight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Sherry Barrels WC10 (March 2022)
Nose: Cherry, Nutmeg, Lemon-Vanilla Custard
Palate: Black Cherry Cola, Black Roasted Espresso, Chocolate, Sweet Plums and Dates
Finish: Chocolate Fudge, Dried Fruit, Charred Campfire, and Oak Oak
Starlight Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey WC9 (March 2022)
Nose: Vanilla, Lime Citrus, Black Tea, Lemon
Palate: Sweet Tea, Chocolate, Brown Sugar
Finish: Canned Peaches, Baking Spice, Fudge, and Vanilla Cream
Starlight Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey WC8 (March 2022)
Nose: Dried oranges, Vanilla Cream, and Baking Spice
Palate: Cherry Cola, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, and Chocolate
Finish: Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies w/ Walnuts! Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Chocolate
NULU Toasted Maple Bourbon (March 2022)
Nose: Maple syrup, vanilla, sweet tea, brown sugar
Palate: Vanilla, brown sugar, baking spice, maple syrup
Finish: Pleasantly long with continued notes of baking spice, vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, and maple syrup.
NULU 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon WC6 (January 2022)
Nose: Caramel, maple syrup, vanilla, tangerine, cola, and stone fruit. The proof is extremely well integrated on the nose.
Palate: Viscous and Rich. Sweet up front with flavors of caramel, vanilla, orange citrus, walnuts, and maple syrup smells jump out of the glass.
Finish: A finish that goes for days, leaving the mouth coated in flavors of cinnamon, toffee popcorn ball, caramel drizzle, coffee, chocolate, and of course, more of that rich wonderful maple syrup!
Lucky Seven 14yr Bourbon WC5 (December 2021)
Nose: Raspberry and burnt brown sugar dominate with an underlying leather and faint cedar.
Palate: Tart red fruit pastry on the front. Brown sugar and chocolate morphs into raw leather.
Finish: Lingering leather and roasted sandalwood countered by chocolate pie filling.
NULU 7 Year Toasted Rye WC4 (December 2021)
Nose: A sweet and syrupy nose. Powerful notes of tangerine citrus, marshmallow fluff, lush caramel, sweet herbal tea, molasses, and baking spice jump out of the glass.
Palate: Intense notes of rye spice, Cinnamon Red Hots, maple syrup, cloves, and toffee. The palate on WC4 is viscous and complex!
Finish: A smooth transition from the palate to the finish. Notes of caramel syrup, dark rich coffee, bitter chocolate, baking spice, dusty cinnamon, and a lingering rye spice. Wow, the finish goes for days!
Old Dominick Huling Station 5yr WC3 (November 2021)
Nose: Raw honey, vanilla, yeast roll, maple syrup, and rye spice.
Palate: Notes of dates, baking spice, pipe tobacco, cream cheese frosting and vanilla. An overall wonderful body and flavor profile!
Finish: Espresso, maple syrup, dates, cocoa, sweet tea, caramel, and vanilla. An exceptional finish that’s long and complex.
Nashville Barrel Co. WC2 (October 2021)
Nose: Nestlé Powdered Chocolate Milk, Peach Cobbler, vanilla and Brown Sugar.
Palate: Herbal Tea, Cinnabon Roll, chocolate fudge and cinnamon Red Hots.
Finish: Long and rich with notes of cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salted caramel, and a faint hint of orange citrus.
NULU Whiskey Consensus Exclusive Blend WC1 (August 2021)
Nose: Nestlé Powdered Chocolate Milk, Peach Cobbler, vanilla and Brown Sugar.
