Known for their meticulous craftsmanship, Peerless has once again delivered a whiskey that combines tradition and innovation. Aged in two separate oak barrels, this bourbon begins its journey in a standard char level 3 barrel, developing rich flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. It is then finished in a toasted barrel, adding complexity with notes of honey, vanilla, toasted spices, and chocolate.

According to Peerless Head Taster John Wadell, the medium toast chosen for this batch results in an aromatic whiskey with a warm, sweet, and savory character that is sure to captivate bourbon lovers.
