A little background

Located in Fort Collins, Colorado, Old Elk Distillery was founded by legendary entrepreneur Curt Richardson. Joined by Greg Metze as the Master Distiller following a 38-year career at Seagram’s Distillery (MGP) in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Old Elk has been making great strides in the American whiskey world. From running one of the world’s largest distilleries, Greg is specialized in developing bourbon whiskeys, rye whiskeys, exotic whiskeys, batch light whiskeys, gin, and vodka.

According to Old Elk Distillery, Infinity blend is a testament to legacy and supreme craftsmanship. Created by Master Distiller Greg Metze, Infinity Blend is the marriage of their signature Old Elk Straight Bourbon Whiskey high-malt mash bill (51% corn, 34% malted barley, 15% rye) with two classic and vintage Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskies. Specifically, it’s a blend of 60% 6 year Old Elk Bourbon, plus 24% 12 year, and 16% 11 year Bourbons from Kentucky. Old Elk Infinity Blend Bourbon is bottled at 114.9 Proof and has a suggested retail price of around $160 USD.
