“Hot Corn” is a 1:1 blend of Old Grand-Dad 114 bourbon and Mellow Corn Bottled in Bond Straight Corn Whiskey. This is a unique blend that capitalizes on the heat from the OGD 114 and the corn from the Mellow Corn’s primarily corn mashbill. All in, this can be made for around $35 bucks!

Prep time: 10 minutes  ·  Cook time: 24 hours+  ·  Serves: 1 pour

Ingredients

  • 1 parts Old Grand-Dad 114
  • 1 parts Mellow Corn BiB

Instructions

  1. For a ready to to drink blend of Hot Cown, pour equal parts of Old Grand-Dad 114 and Mellow Corn BiB into a glass. Give it a swirl and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Then, enjoy!
  2. If you’re a patient man (or woman), we suggest letting your Hot Corn sit for a bit and mingle. Mix equal parts of Old Grand-Dad 114 and Mellow Corn BiB into a empty glass container. Allow the two whiskies to mingle for at least 24-hours, if not longer. Then, enjoy!
