Distillery 291 Colorado Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

A little background

Distillery 291 is a small batch whiskey distillery nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the distillery sits in the shadow of Pikes Peak where owner and founding distiller, Michael Myers has the goal of creating a whiskey that is “rugged, refined, and rebellious.” The mashbill is 80% corn, 19% malted rye, and 1% malted barley, comes in at 100 proof, is aged for less than 2 years, and comes with a suggested retail price of $78.99.
