Poor Man’s Four Grain
“Poor Man’s Four Grain” is a 2:1 blend of Weller Special Reserve + Old Grand-Dad 114. This blend tastes best if mingled together for a few days (more if you have patience). If you can find it, some claim the blend is best if Weller Antique is used in lieu of Special Reserve. ~$55 total

Instructions
  1. For a ready to drink single serving, pour 2 parts Weller Special Reserve and 1 part Old Grand-Dad 114 into a glass. Give it a swirl and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes. Then, enjoy! *This is NOT the prefered method for this blend, as we feel it does best when given ample time to mingle.
  2. Blend 2 parts Weller Special Reserve with 1 part Old Grand-Dad 114 into a empty glass container (to fill an empty 750ml bottle, you’d use approximately 16 ounces of Weller Special Reserve and 8 ounces of Old Grand-Dad 114).  Allow the two bourbons to mingle for at least 3 days, if not a full week or longer. This is a blend that seems to get better the longer it mingles! Then, enjoy!
