Ingredients
- 1.5oz High West Double Rye
- 1oz Amaro from the Ciociaria region of Italy
- 0.5oz Cinnamon Simple SyrupAdd one quart of water, one quart of sugar, and 10 cinnamon sticks to a saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 min. Let cool and serve.
- 0.25oz Lemon Juice
- 2oz Boiling Water
- 1 Lemon Wheel
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into your mug and stir.
- Pro Tip: Be sure and use your High West mug if you’ve got one!
- Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
